Eric the plumbing technician was very knowledgeable about where to start to resolve our plumbing issue. He was very courteous to my wife and also explained some things we could do in the future if it were to happen again. He showed up with expedience unlike the competition we, unfortunately, called first who spoke I'll Mannered towards Mr Rooter. I'm very impressed with Mr. Rooter. I was smelling a small amount of gas randomly throughout my kitchen area. The office answered my call and said they would put me on the schedule for the same day and someone would call later with a specific time. The office called back a few hours later and said a technician would be there within the hour. The technician they sent was named Ryan and he could not have been any better. Friendly from the moment I opened the door and informative throughout the process. He thoroughly tested the whole area for gas and finally determined the leak was coming from a connection point at the wall. He discussed all of my options and pricing before he did any of the work.  In the end, he corrected the leak and gave me further quotes for work we may want to consider in the future. Ryan was not pushy in any way and I agreed with his recommendations during the repair. He also worked until very late in the evening to make sure it was done right. Much appreciated and I will definitely use Mr. Rooter for my future plumbing needs.

Shaquan (plumber) did a great job replacing our water heater. He was out within 24 hrs and gave us a cost estimation immediately. He was able to replace the water heater the same day our estimation took place. Very pleased with our plumber and with the company in general. The 1 year warranty is nice.

Adam did an amazing job helping us get a new shut off valve for our refrigerator and repairing some piping behind it.
