Our toilet started leaking right after my spouse went out of town and I was left home alone with a newborn. I had called another company and they couldn't get out until the following week, however, Mr. Rooter got someone out within 2 hours, and it was fixed a couple hours after that! The technician, Chris, was really professional and courteous, and I feel as though the price was quite reasonable. Really happy with the service and we'll be using Mr. Rooter in the future!

Chris was professional, friendly, and informative.  He arrived on time, and was able to diagnose our problem. We discussed our various options, and then Chris proceeded to get the job done.  Our plumbing issue is now in better shape than it was when it was first installed as new.
