You might also notice damp spots on walls, floors, or ceilings, or hear the sound of running water when no fixtures are on. Another indicator of a hidden water leak is the presence of mold or mildew, which thrives in moist environments. I had to go to work. Mr. Sailor told me I did not have to hang around, told me to go to work. When the job was complete, he closed the garage door and left. When I returned home, the work was completely done. Even though it was supposed to take 2 days, it was done in 1 day. My wife and I are very pleased at the job that he and his crew did. Would highly recommend Mr. Rooter.
Chris was professional, friendly, and informative. He arrived on time, and was able to diagnose our problem. We discussed our various options, and then Chris proceeded to get the job done. Our plumbing issue is now in better shape than it was when it was first installed as new. We would not hesitate to recommend Chris, and will call him again if the need arises.
These guys are great. Very responsive, professional, and quick. Another plumbing company said they'd have to tear up the whole driveway to replace a sewer line when they couldn't clear a clog. One of Mr Rooter's Associates came out and had the drain unclogged in 30 minutes. No need to tear up the whole driveway. I've used them a few times since, and they're always great. And if they don't clear the clog they don't charge you.
