Brandon is a true professional in every way from first contact regarding the job right up to the end. Yes, I paid more for Mr. Rooters' service but keeping my tenants happy with the least amount of disruption is always my priority so the extra expense was worth a lot less headaches. I will definitely use their service in the future and will always ask for Brandon to be my choice of techs.

Our toilet started leaking right after my spouse went out of town and I was left home alone with a newborn. I had called another company and they couldn't get out until the following week, however, Mr. Rooter got someone out within 2 hours, and it was fixed a couple hours after that! The technician, Chris, was really professional and courteous, and I feel as though the price was quite reasonable. Really happy with the service and we'll be using Mr. Rooter in the future!

My first point of contact after I set up my appointment was Nicki (Nikki), she was VERY kind and professional on the phone. She provided reassurance in my time of plumbing panic letting me know that everything was going to be fine and she’s here to help! Then Angelo arrived. Prior to his arrival I received texts and live gps to review how far he was I LOVED that! Angelo was SO respect of my house, he was VERY professional, quick and kind. He was upfront about costs and what he would complete for me! Pricing was fair and affordable. I had this SAME problem previously, went to a different company (started with a G and rhymes with peace) and they were “cheaper” but didn’t do the best job. They tried to tell me that to fix it, the price would be 5K - 10K (hard eye roll). Nevertheless, this is an awesome company!! If you found Mr. Rooter, just got with them!! I promise you, you won’t regret it!
